Welcome to MapMiles! Follow these steps to log your workouts:

  1. Click on the location to mark where you worked out.
  2. Select the type of workout (Running or Cycling).
  3. Enter the distance you covered in kilometers.
  4. Input the duration of your workout in minutes.
  5. For Running, enter your cadence (steps per minute).
  6. For Cycling, enter any elevation gain in meters.
  7. Click "OK" to save your workout.
  8. Your workout will be marked on the map, and you can view it later.
