Instructions
Welcome to MapMiles! Follow these steps to log your workouts:
- Click on the location to mark where you worked out.
- Select the type of workout (Running or Cycling).
- Enter the distance you covered in kilometers.
- Input the duration of your workout in minutes.
- For Running, enter your cadence (steps per minute).
- For Cycling, enter any elevation gain in meters.
- Click "OK" to save your workout.

Your workout will be marked on the map, and you can view it later.
